McInasal was born from a simple dream: to share the unforgettable flavors of Filipino chicken inasal with the world. Our founder grew up watching lola (grandmother) marinate chicken in a secret blend of annatto, lemongrass, calamansi, and garlic — then grill it slowly over glowing charcoal.
That same recipe, perfected over decades, is what we serve today. Every piece of chicken is marinated for hours, grilled with care, and served with the same love that started it all.
