SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 29, 2026
These SMS Terms govern the text-message program operated by McInasal Filipino Grilled Chicken ("McInasal", "we"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Program description
We send two kinds of text messages: (a) transactional messages about an order you placed (for example, "your order is ready" or "out for delivery"), and (b) if you opt in, marketing messages about deals, new menu items, and rewards.
2. How to opt in
You opt in to marketing texts by checking the SMS consent box when you create an account. Transactional order updates are sent to the phone number you provide at checkout so we can keep you informed about your active order.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed for each order. Marketing messages are typically sent no more than a few times per month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. McInasal does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
5. Opt out & help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. For help, text HELP or contact us through our Contact page. You can also re-subscribe at any time by texting START.
6. Consent is not a condition of purchase
Agreeing to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from McInasal.
7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
Your mobile information, including the fact that you opted in, is used only by McInasal and our SMS provider (Twilio) to deliver these messages. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
