    Gift Card Terms

    Last updated: July 16, 2026

These terms apply to McInasal digital gift cards purchased through our website.

    Purchase and delivery

Gift cards are issued after payment is confirmed and are sent using the recipient information supplied by the purchaser. Delivery timing can be affected by payment review, email or mobile carriers, and incorrect recipient information.

    Redemption

Gift cards may be redeemed through supported McInasal online checkout and in-store systems. They may be used until the available balance reaches zero. A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

    Expiration and fees

McInasal gift cards do not expire and do not have inactivity or service fees.

    Refunds and cash value

Gift-card purchases are generally final after the card has been delivered. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Purchases made with a gift card remain subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy; an approved refund may be returned to the gift card or original payment method as appropriate.

    Lost, stolen, or misdirected cards

Treat a gift-card code like cash. Contact us promptly if a card was sent to the wrong recipient or you believe its code was compromised. We may ask for proof of purchase and cannot replace value that has already been redeemed.

    Fraud and misuse

We may decline, suspend, or cancel a gift card associated with suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or a payment reversal.

    Questions

Contact us through our Contact page and include the purchaser email and gift-card order details. Do not send the full gift-card code in an unsecured message.
