These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the McInasal Filipino Grilled Chicken website and online ordering service (the "Service"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, menu items, and hours may change without notice. Payment is processed at checkout by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Displayed totals include applicable Illinois sales tax and any delivery or service fees.

2. Pickup & Delivery

Estimated preparation and delivery times are estimates only. Delivery may be fulfilled by third-party couriers; once an order is handed to a courier, delivery timing is outside our direct control. Please ensure your delivery address and contact phone number are accurate.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Because food preparation begins promptly, orders generally cannot be cancelled once accepted by the kitchen. If there is a problem with your order, contact us promptly and we will make it right with a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. Food Allergies

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free. Please note allergies in your order and consult staff with questions.

5. Accounts & Loyalty

You are responsible for activity under your account. Loyalty points and vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable, may expire, and may be adjusted or revoked in cases of error or abuse.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including placing fraudulent orders, abusing promotions, or attempting to interfere with the Service's operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
