    Refund & Cancellation Policy

    We want every McInasal order to arrive as expected. This policy explains when an order can be changed or cancelled and how we handle order problems.

    Online food orders

    Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because preparation may begin shortly after checkout, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once the kitchen has accepted or started the order.

    Incorrect, missing, or damaged items

    If an item is incorrect, missing, damaged, or otherwise not as ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full or partial refund.

    Delivery issues

    Delivery times are estimates. If an order is substantially delayed, cannot be delivered, or is delivered to the wrong address because of an error by us or our delivery partner, contact us so we can investigate. We cannot guarantee a refund when the address or contact information supplied at checkout was incomplete or incorrect.

    Catering orders

    Catering cancellation and deposit terms may vary by event size, lead time, and custom preparation. Any order-specific terms will be provided before you approve and pay for the catering order.

    Approved refunds

    Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long it takes for the credit to appear after it is submitted.
