McInasal Is Now Open in Springfield!

Springfield, we’re officially open! McInasal is now serving Filipino flame-grilled chicken at 1501 Wabash Ave in Springfield, Illinois.

We created McInasal to bring the smoky, savory flavor of chicken inasal to the community: chicken marinated with calamansi, annatto, garlic, and Filipino spices, then grilled over an open flame. Whether this is your first taste of Filipino food or a flavor you already know and love, we’re excited to welcome you.
